(The T-Panel) also provides a unique opportunity as it replaces the need for decking pans. The standard decking pan is approximately 4 sq ft. in area and costs about $27/sq. ft. The equivalent cost for our floor panel is less than $10/sq. ft. The standard floor panel is a structural member and requires less rebar and can cover a longer span than decking pans, resulting in lower costs for ‘propping’. It also requires less concrete per sq. ft. to be poured to complete the floor, providing a significantly cheaper structural floor.

The roofing panel eliminates the need for the installation of vapour barriers and insulating material, as the roof panel has a high insulation factor. Roof sheeting material is installed directly on the panel, reducing reduces the cost of the roof.

The E-Panel is easily integrated into conventional construction systems and replaces gypsum as an infill wall. It is less costly to install and faster as the preliminary framing then infilling with gypsum is replaced by one installation step. The Panels are also better insulators for both heat and sound and are non-flammable.
